Description

The project is currently owned by Comision Federal de Electricidad with a stake of 100%.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is diesel. In case of shortage of diesel the plant can also run on Fuel Oil.

The project generated 1,665,000MWh of electricity.

The project got commissioned in July 1973.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Comision Federal de Electricidad under a power purchase agreement with a contracted capacity is 484MW.
