Chamkaloung – Phnom Penh Line is a 500kV overhead line with a length of 140km from Chamkaloung, Koh Kong, Cambodia, to Phnom Penh, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The project, which is currently under construction, is expected to be commissioned in 2021.
Description
Chamkaloung – Phnom Penh Line is an overhead line that will be operated by Electricite Du Cambodge. The line will carry alternating current (AC) through double circuit cable.
The development of the Chamkaloung – Phnom Penh Line project has been approved by the Electricity Authority of Cambodia.

About Electricite Du Cambodge
Electricite Du Cambodge (EDC) is a government-owned power utility company that offers power and electricity. The utility transmits, generates, supplies, and distributes electric power to distribution systems and bulk power consumers in Cambodia.
