Cielos de Tarapaca Solar PV Park is a 600MW solar PV power project. It is planned in Tarapaca, Chile. The project is currently in permitting stage. It will be developed in multiple phases. The project construction is likely to commence in 2024 and is expected to enter into commercial operation in 2025.

The project is being developed by Cielos de Tarapaca. Green Climate Fund and Cielos de Tarapaca are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 13% and 8% respectively.
Cielos de Tarapaca Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 1,650 hectares.
The project is expected to generate 1,500GWh of electricity. The project cost is expected to be around $425m.
The project construction is expected to commence from 2024. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2025.
