Description
The project was developed by Competitive Power Ventures Holdings. The project is co-owned by Competitive Power Ventures Holdings, Marubeni, Osaka Gas Energy America and Toyota Tsusho, with their respective ownership stake of 25% each.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The fuel is procured from Dominion Cove Point Natural Gas Pipeline.
The project emitted 2,244,982t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $775m.
