Description

The project is being developed and currently owned by Coillte Cuideachta Ghniomhaiochta Ainmnithe.

The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 20,000 households, to offset 33,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $87.3m.

The wind power project consists of 18 turbines.

The project will have 85m high towers.

Development Status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2023.
