Dubrovnik is a 252MW hydro power project. It is located on Trebisnjice river/basin in Dubrovnik-Neretva, Croatia. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in 1965.

Dubrovnik is a reservoir based project. The net head of the project is 272m. Dubrovnik underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 2013- 2015. The project generated 766.2 GWh of electricity.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske under a power purchase agreement.

Contractors Involved

Litostroj Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 1 unit of francis turbine with 126MW nameplate capacity.

Koncar – Elektroindustrija supplied 1 electric generator for the project. The generator capacity is 140 MVA.
