Dulhasti is a run-of-river project. The net head of the project is 207.5m. The total number of penstocks, pipes or long channels that carry water down from the hydroelectric reservoir to the turbines inside the actual power station, are 3 in number. The penstock length is 93m. The penstock diameter is 3.65m. The project generated 1,907 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $625.95m.

Contractors Involved
GE Power India was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 3 units of francis turbines, each with 130MW nameplate capacity.
