The project is being developed and currently owned by SolarPack Corporacion Tecnologica.
El Aromo Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 290 hectares.
The project is expected to generate 340GWh electricity to offset 128,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $200m.
