The top issuers of contracts for the month in terms of power capacity involved in Europe were:

  1. Gresham House and PPC Renewables (Greece): 200MW from one contract
  2. Ministere de la transition ecologique et solidaire (France): 95.19MW from 56 contracts
  3. Shell New Energies (Netherlands): 30MW capacity from one contract.
