- Project Implementation with 154 contracts and an 84.6% share
- Supply & Erection: 16 contracts and an 8.8% share
- Power Purchase Agreement: 11 contracts and a 6% share
- Consulting & Similar Services: one contract and a 0.5% share.
France tops Europe solar power contracts activity
France was the top country in the Europe region for solar technology contracts recorded in Q3 2019 with 109 contracts and a 59.9% share, followed by Portugal with 27 contracts and a 14.8% share and Greece with 18 contracts and a 9.9% share.

The top issuers of contracts for the quarter in terms of power capacity involved in Europe were:
- Ministro do Ambiente e da Transicao Energetica (Portugal): 1,150MW from 25 contracts
- Ministere de l’Environnement, de l’Energie et de la Mer (France): 857.97MW from 107 contracts
