The top issuers of contracts for the quarter in terms of power capacity involved in Europe were:

  1. Ministro do Ambiente e da Transicao Energetica (Portugal): 1,150MW from 25 contracts
  2. Ministere de l’Environnement, de l’Energie et de la Mer (France): 857.97MW from 107 contracts
  3. The Regulatory Authority for Energy (Greece): 142.89MW capacity from 18 contracts.

The top winners of contracts for the quarter in terms of power capacity involved in Europe were:
