The top issuers of tenders for the quarter in terms of power capacity involved in Europe were:

  1. Ministro do Ambiente e da Transicao Energetica (Portugal): 700MW from one tender
  2. The Regulatory Authority for Energy (Greece): 482.03MW from one tender
  3. Iliako Velos Ena (Greece) and Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund: 200MW capacity from one tender.
