- Project Implementation with 48 tenders and a 78.7% share
- Supply & Erection: seven tenders and an 11.5% share
- Consulting & Similar Services: two tenders and a 3.3% share
- Electricity Supply: two tenders and a 3.3% share
- Power Purchase Agreement: two tenders and a 3.3% share.
Poland tops Europe solar power tenders activity
Poland was the top country in the Europe region for solar technology tenders recorded in Q4 2020 with 11 tenders and an 18% share, followed by Lithuania with six tenders and a 9.8% share and Spain with five tenders and an 8.2% share.

Europe solar technology tenders in Q4 2020: Top issuers by capacity
The top issuers of tenders for the quarter in terms of power capacity involved in Europe were:
- Ministry for the Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge (Spain): 6,100MW from two tenders
- Ministere de l’Environnement, de l’Energie et de la Mer (France): 680MW from one tender
- Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy (Albania): 100MW capacity from one tender.
