T&D Project stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Europe region in Q1 2020 with 62 tenders and a 32.5% share, followed by T&D Equipment with 37 tenders and a 19.4% share and Power Plant with 37 tenders and a 19.4% share during the quarter.
The proportion of tenders by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:
- Supply & Erection: 33 tenders and an 89.2% share
- Project Implementation: two tenders and a 5.4% share
- Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: one tender and a 2.7% share
- Consulting & Similar Services: one tender and a 2.7% share.

Looking at T&D equipment tenders by the type of technology in the Europe region, thermal accounted for three tenders with a 75% share, followed by wind with one tender and a 25% share.
