Power Plant stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Europe region in Q1 2020 with 131 contracts and a 36.6% share, followed by Generation Equipment with 84 contracts and a 23.5% share and Electricity Procurement with 43 contracts and a 12% share during the quarter.

The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:

  1. Project Implementation: 18 contracts and a 75% share
  2. Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: four contracts and a 16.7% share
  3. Consulting & Similar Services: two contracts and an 8.3% share.
