Europe T&D project tenders activity remain flat in May 2020

There were 22 T&D project tenders announced in the Europe region in May 2020, marking a flat growth over the last 12-month average of 22, according to GlobalData’s power industry tenders database.

T&D Equipment stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Europe region in May 2020 with 23 tenders and a 24% share, followed by T&D Project with 22 tenders and a 22.9% share and Power Plant with 19 tenders and a 19.8% share during the month.

The proportion of tenders by category tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:

  1. Project Implementation: 18 tenders and an 81.8% share
  2. Consulting & Similar Services: three tenders and a 13.6% share
  3. Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: one tender and a 4.5% share.
