Greece was the top country in the Europe region for wind technology contracts recorded in July 2019 with nine contracts and a 37.5% share, followed by the Netherlands with four contracts and a 16.7% share and Germany with four contracts and a 16.7% share.

The top issuers of contracts for the month in terms of power capacity involved in Europe were:

  1. Eneco Holding (Netherlands): 382.7MW from one contract
  2. Danske Commodities (Denmark): 281MW from one contract
  3. The Regulatory Authority for Energy (Greece): 179.55MW capacity from nine contracts.

  1. Windpark Fryslan (Netherlands): 382.7MW from one contract
