  2. Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: 53 tenders and a 31.5% share

North America leads generation equipment activity in July 2021

Comparing tenders activity in generation equipment segment in different regions of the globe, North America held the top position with 74 tenders and a share of 44% during July 2021, followed by Asia-Pacific with 53 tenders and a 31.5% share and Middle East and Africa with 21 tenders and a 12.5% share.

Thermal is leading technology for generation equipment tenders in July 2021

Among the technologies, thermal accounted for 145 tenders with an 86.3% share, followed by solar with 13 tenders and a 7.7% share and hydro with five tenders and a 3% share.
