The project is currently owned by Devlet su Isleri Genel Mudurlugu.
Gezende is a reservoir based project. The project generated 528 GWh of electricity.

Contractors Involved
UCM Resita was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 3 units of francis turbines, each with 53MW nameplate capacity.
