Looking at global power contracts activity divided by the type of technology, solar held the top position in terms of number of contracts during July 2022 with a 43.6% share.

The proportion of contracts by category in the Solar technology tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:

  1. Project Implementation: 36 contracts and a 55.4% share
  2. Power Purchase Agreement: 27 contracts and a 41.5% share
  3. Others: one contract and a 1.5% share
  4. Supply & Erection: one contract and a 1.5% share.
