The project is being developed by GE Renewable Energy and WestWind Energy.
The project is expected to generate 1,000GWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 500,000 households. The project is expected to offset 3,500,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $1,335m.
Development Status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2021. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2025.
