The project was developed by CPI Huanghe Hydropower Development and is currently owned by State Power Investment with a stake of 100%.
Golmud City- CPI Solar Plant – II is a ground-mounted solar project.

Yingli Green Energy Holding was selected as the supplier of PV modules for the project.
