The project was developed by Torch Clean Energy. D. E. Shaw Ventures and Torch Clean Energy are currently owning the project.
Gray Hawk Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 1,500 acres.
The project generates 150,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 14,000 households. The project cost is $113.649m.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to UNS Electric under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years. The contracted capacity is 46MW.
Contractors Involved
Swinerton Renewable Energy was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
JinkoSolar (U.S.) Holding was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 198,534 modules at the site.
SMA Solar Technology supplied 20 inverters to the project site.
The project is utilising single axis trackers supplied by Array Technologies.
Swinerton Renewable Energy is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project.
