Green Gold Morgan Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 350 hectares.
The project is expected to generate 259,897MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 47,400 households. The project is expected to offset 167,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $130.8m.
The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2023.
Astronergy Solar Australia will be the supplier of the PV modules for the solar power project. The company is expected to provide 291,600 modules each with 450W of nameplate capacity.
Huawei Technologies is likely to be the supplier of 690 of its Huawei 185KTL inverters to the project site.
