The project was developed by Geronimo Wind Energy, Mainstream Renewable Power and National Grid Renewables. The project is currently owned by Geronimo Wind Energy.

The project generates 750,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 16,000 households, offsetting 604,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $354.991m.
