Description

The project is being developed and currently owned by GD Power Development.

The project is expected to generate 796,340MWh electricity to offset 2,502,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $896.137m. The project will be spread over an area of 48km² and will be interconnected by 35kV inter-array cable.

Development Status

Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2025.

Contractors Involved

Guodian Tangshan Leting Yueji Island Offshore Wind Farm Phase I Project (Guodian Tangshan Leting Yueji Island Offshore Wind Farm Phase I Project – B) will be equipped with Envision Energy. The phase consists turbines with 4MW nameplate capacity.

Envision Energy is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the Guodian Tangshan Leting Yueji Island Offshore Wind Farm Phase I Project (Guodian Tangshan Leting Yueji Island Offshore Wind Farm Phase I Project – B) for a period of 5 years.
