Agder Energi, Otra Kraft DA and Skagerak Energi are currently owning the project.

Holen is a reservoir based project. Holen underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 1981. The project generated 888 GWh of electricity.

Holen (Holen I-II) consists of 2 units of francis turbines with 87MW nameplate capacity.

Holen (Holen III) consists of 1 unit of francis turbine with 154MW nameplate capacity.
