Description

The project is being developed by Homer Solar and is currently owned by Birdseye Renewable Energy.

Homer Solar PV Plant is a ground-mounted solar project.

The project is expected to generate 162,750MWh of electricity. The project cost is expected to be around $146.475m.

The solar power project consists of 268,500 modules, each with 365W nameplate capacity.

Development Status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by December 2025.

Contractors Involved

SMA Solar Technology is likely to be the supplier of 30 of its SC2500-EV inverters to the project site.
