Huaneng Ruian 1 Offshore Wind Farm is a 145MW offshore wind power project. It is planned in East China Sea, Zhejiang, China. The project is currently in permitting stage. It will be developed in single phase. Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in September 2025.

The project is being developed by Huaneng Zhejiang Ruian Offshore Wind Power and is currently owned by Huaneng Power International.

The project cost is expected to be around $977.056m. The project will be spread over an area of 13.3km². The turbines will be mounted on fixed monopile foundations and will be interconnected by 35kV inter-array cable.
