Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to San Diego Gas & Electric under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years, starting from 2013.

First Solar was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.

First Solar was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 2,000,000 modules at the site.

Tenaska Solar Ventures is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project.
