Inchope Substation is a 400kV substation located in Inchope, Manica, Mozambique.
The Inchope Substation project’s construction has begun in 2019. The works are expected to be commissioned in 2024.

The designed voltage level of the substation is 400/110kV and the operating voltage level is 400/110kV.
The step-in voltage of the project is 400kV and the step-out voltage is 110kV.
Inchope Substation project development status
The development of the Inchope Substation project was approved by Energy Regulatory Authority (ARENE) in 2019. The project is expected to be commissioned in 2024. Approximately $39.13m was financed by the authorities to undertake the construction works of the project.
