Kaligandaki A hydropower plant is a run-of-river project. The penstock length is 242m. The penstock diameter is 5.25m. Kaligandaki A hydropower plant underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 2014. The project generated 864.103 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $452.8m.
