Kalkandere – Kose Line is a 380kV overhead line with a length of 110km from Kalkandere, Rize, Turkey, to Kose, Gumushane, Turkey.
The project, which is currently under construction, is expected to be commissioned in 2021.
Kalkandere – Kose Line is an overhead line that will be operated by Turkiye Elektrik Iletim. The line will carry alternating current (AC) through double circuit cable.
Approximately $11.4m was financed by the authorities to undertake the construction works of the project.
The development of the Kalkandere – Kose Line project has been approved by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority.

The construction works on the Kalkandere – Kose Line project were commenced in 2017 and commissioning is expected in 2021.
