POSCO Engineering & Construction was selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.

Kallpa Combined Cycle Power Plant (Kallpa CCGT Power Plant Phase I) is equipped with Siemens SGT6-5000F gas turbine. The phase consists of 1 gas turbine with 180MW nameplate capacity.

Kallpa Combined Cycle Power Plant (Kallpa CCGT Power Plant Phase II) is equipped with Siemens FD3 gas turbine. The phase consists of 1 gas turbine with 216MW nameplate capacity.

Kallpa Combined Cycle Power Plant (Kallpa CCGT Power Plant Phase III) is equipped with Siemens FD3, SSC6-5000F gas turbine. The phase consists of 1 gas turbine with 233MW nameplate capacity.

Kallpa Combined Cycle Power Plant (Kallpa CCGT Power Plant Phase IV) is equipped with GE Power 207D-11 steam turbine. The phase consists of 1 steam turbine with 350MW nameplate capacity.

Siemens supplied electric generator for the Kallpa Combined Cycle Power Plant (Kallpa CCGT Power Plant Phase I).

Siemens supplied SGEN 1000 electric generator for the Kallpa Combined Cycle Power Plant (Kallpa CCGT Power Plant Phase II).

Siemens supplied SGEN 1000 electric generator for the Kallpa Combined Cycle Power Plant (Kallpa CCGT Power Plant Phase III).

GE Power supplied electric generator for the Kallpa Combined Cycle Power Plant (Kallpa CCGT Power Plant Phase IV).

The steam boilers for the gas fired power project have been supplied byAmec Foster Wheeler and BHI.
