Kaluga Substation – Upgrade – 750 kV project development status

The development of the Kaluga Substation – Upgrade – 750 kV project was approved by Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation in 2019. The project is expected to be commissioned in 2024. Approximately $0.26m was financed by the authorities to undertake the construction works of the project.
