Description
The project is being developed by Wind Power Energy Development. Hitachi Wind Power, Wind Power Group and Tokyo Gas are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51%, 33.4% and 15.6% respectively.
The project cost is expected to be around $446.472m. The project will be spread over an area of 3.4km².
The wind power project consists of 18 turbines, each with 5.2MW nameplate capacity.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project will be sold to Tohoku Electric Power under a power purchase agreement at the rate of $0.325kWh. The offtake capacity is expected to be 93.6MW.
