Kigoma Substation – New – 400 kV project development status

The project is expected to be commissioned in 2036. Approximately $6.22m was financed by the authorities to undertake the construction works of the project.

Tanzania Electric Supply Co Ltd (TANESCO), formerly Tanganyika Electric Supply Co Ltd, is a government owned integrated power company.
