Komarnica is a 172MW hydro power project. It is planned on Komarnica river/basin in Savnik, Montenegro. The project is currently in permitting stage. It will be developed in single phase. Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2022.

Description

The project is being developed and currently owned by Elektroprivreda Crne Gore AD Niksic and Elektroprivreda Srbije. The company’s ownership stake in the project stands as 51% and 49% respectively.
