The project is currently owned by TGK-13 with a stake of 100%.

It is a steam turbine with cogen power plant. The fuel is procured from Irsha-Borodinsky Coal Strip Mine of the Kansko-Achinsky Coal Basin.

The project generated 4,650,000MWh of electricity.
