The La Africana Solar Power Plant – Thermal Energy Storage System is owned by Grupo Ortiz (33.33%), Magtel (33.33%) and TSK Electronica y Electricidad (33.33%), a subsidiary of TSK Group.

The key applications of the project are renewable capacity firming and renewable energy time shift.
