La Loma Substation is a 500/110kV substation located in La Loma, Huila, Colombia. The construction works on La Loma Substation began in 2019. The project was commissioned in 2020.

Description

The La Loma Substation project is a new substation being operated by Unidad de Planeacion Minero Energetica.

The designed voltage level of the project is 500/110kV, while the operating voltage level is 500/110kV.The step-in voltage of the substation is 500kV and the step-out voltage is 110kV. The substation capacity is 300MVA.

La Loma Substation has received approval from The Energy and Gas Regulatory Commission to undertake the works on the project.
