Description
Makogi Substation project, which is a new substation, will be operated by Transmission Company Of Nigeria.
The designed voltage level of the substation is 330/132/33kV and the operating voltage level is 330/132/33kV.
The step-in voltage of the project is 330kV and the step-out voltage is 33kV. Upon completion, the substation will have a capacity of 500MVA.
Makogi Substation project development status
The project is expected to be commissioned in 2021. Approximately $32m was financed by the authorities to undertake the construction works of the project.
