The project was developed by E.ON Climate & Renewables North America. Dominion Energy and Terra Nova Renewable Partners are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 67% and 33% respectively.

The project got commissioned in December 2015.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to PG&E under a power purchase agreement for a period of 15 years. The contracted capacity is 20MW.
Signal Energy Constructors was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
JinkoSolar (U.S.) Holding was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 89,000 modules at the site.
The inverters were procured from SMA Solar Technology for the project.
The project is utilising horizontal single axis trackers supplied by Array Technologies.
MaxGen Energy Services is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project.
