The project is currently owned by Clearway Energy with a stake of 100%.
It is a Gas Turbine power plant. The fuel is procured from Line 400.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Pacific Gas and Electric under a power purchase agreement for a period of 10 years. The contracted capacity is 720MW.
Contractors Involved
Kiewit was selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.
Siemens was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 4 units of SGT6-5000F gas turbines.
Siemens supplied SGen-1000A electric generator for the project.
