Power Plant stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Middle East and Africa region in December 2020 with 30 tenders and a 48.4% share, followed by T&D Equipment with 12 tenders and a 19.4% share and Generation Equipment with 11 tenders and a 17.7% share during the month.
The proportion of tenders by category tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:
- Project Implementation: 27 tenders and a 90% share
- Consulting & Similar Services: two tenders and a 6.7% share
- Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: one tender and a 3.3% share.
