Power Plant stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Middle East and Africa region in Q4 2020 with 77 tenders and a 35.5% share, followed by T&D Equipment with 56 tenders and a 25.8% share and Generation Equipment with 46 tenders and a 21.2% share during the quarter.
The proportion of tenders by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:
- Project Implementation: 64 tenders and an 83.1% share
- Consulting & Similar Services: ten tenders and a 13% share
- Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: three tenders and a 3.9% share.
