- Project Implementation with 22 tenders and a 61.1% share
- Supply & Erection: seven tenders and a 19.4% share
- Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: three tenders and an 8.3% share
- Consulting & Similar Services: three tenders and an 8.3% share
- Power Purchase Agreement: one tender and a 2.8% share.
Kenya tops Middle East and Africa solar power tenders activity
Kenya was the top country in the Middle East and Africa region for solar technology tenders recorded in February 2021 with six tenders and a 16.7% share, followed by South Africa with four tenders and an 11.1% share and Uganda with four tenders and an 11.1% share.
