The top issuers of tenders for the month in terms of power capacity involved in Middle East and Africa were:

  1. Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy (Morocco): 400MW from one tender
  2. Ministere de l’Energie des Mines et des Energies Renouvelables (Tunisia): 70MW from one tender
  3. Islamic Development Bank (Saudi Arabia): 9.5MW capacity from one tender.
