T&D Project stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Middle East and Africa region in Q1 2021 with 33 contracts and a 45.8% share, followed by Power Plant with 15 contracts and a 20.8% share and Generation Equipment with eight contracts and an 11.1% share during the quarter.
The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:
- Project Implementation: 26 contracts and a 78.8% share
- Consulting & Similar Services: five contracts and a 15.2% share
