MOIL Ltd (MOIL), formerly Manganese Ore (India) Ltd is a producer of manganese ore. The company carries out exploration, exploitation, and marketing of various grades of manganese ore and electrolytic manganese dioxide, and high carbon ferro manganese alloys. MOIL operates seven underground mines and three opencast manganese ore mines. The company manages the ferro manganese plant in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh, and electrolytic manganese di-oxide plant in Dongri Buzurg, Maharashtra. The company also operates power wind farms in Nagda Hills and Retedi Hills, Madhya Pradesh which supplies power to Balaghat mine and ferro manganese plant and sells power to Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited. MOIL is headquartered in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
