Monchegorsk – Olenegorsk Line is a 330kV overhead line from Monchegorsk, Murmansk, Russia, to Olenegorsk, Murmansk, Russia.
The project, which is currently under construction, is expected to be commissioned in 2021.
Monchegorsk – Olenegorsk Line is an overhead line that will be operated by Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System. The line will carry alternating current (AC) through double circuit cable.
Approximately $1.2m was financed by the authorities to undertake the construction works of the project.
The development of the Monchegorsk – Olenegorsk Line project has been approved by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.

The construction works on the Monchegorsk – Olenegorsk Line project were commenced in 2019 and commissioning is expected in 2021.
